I try to check up on the progress of the Femme Militant line from time to time, and they recently put up pics of another one or two gals' models.  As of right now, 12 of 16 are done:

I'm waiting for Saucefleem, the very last girl in the run ... though Bathorii is also pretty cool (the one with the hat and lil' teddy bear walkin' along).

Also, I e-mailed the people responsible about release dates and availability, and they had nothing to offer on the first point and assured me the knaves would not be available at Games Days this summer.  Very sad, I am, but still looking forward to getting a girl or two for some creepy / sexy INQ combat ...

Payment happens through Black Library, and they have a pretty extensive list of countries they ship to.  I'm sure Germany is on there in the drop down menu.

Almost OT: Deutschland uses the Euro now, right?  That's stronger than USD in relation to GBP?

I don't really "get" John Blanche.

His style reminds me of Tom Baxa, which I also don't "get."

It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. If their scale wasn't completely unusable, I might pick up a few of these. It's nice to see some models that reflect the art we've been seeing in codexes for years. Whether you 'get' Blanche or not, his images (and many that mimic it) have been a part of 40k for a long time.

I love 'em all, I just wish they weren't so darned expensive for 40mm figs. Beautifully bizarre sculpts that typify the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Boss, are you finding them close enough to scale for use with the otherwise 54mm Inquisitor figs? I would think they wouldn't scale up well side by side... though I do wonder how they'd look beside some 1/35 figures heavily kitbashed and converted into 40k insanity.

With the "scale inflation" affecting W40K at each new edition, I wouldn't be surprise to have them at scale a few years from now.

Wow!... Just.... WOW!!!!

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Hahaha, so true. So very (but sadly) true.

Hmm ... you know, I never realized they were 40mm, I always thought they were 54mm. When you look through the conversions on the site ['Pieces of VIII'], several incorporate 40k bitz very well ... which says a lot about "scale" in 40k weapons and such

Going by that, I'm guessing INQ bitz aren't going to work so hot with these ladies. I still want to get 1 or 2 for having and for one off combat with INQ rules, and the price doesn't bother me all that much. INQ stuff from GeeDub costs $30+, so the same for much nicer, more unique sculpts of weird/sexy chicks is justifiable. Of course, I don't buy my INQ stuff from GW, nor do I like the prospect of paying shipping from UK. Hence me wanting to be able to drop the $$ for them at Games Day, but alas.

@ Kotrin - So true! But, who can say what the USD - GBP exchange rate will be then o_O
