Random crazy thought...

The claw is part of a servo-harness for a Warpsmith.

They seem to be taking strides to further differentiate Traitor versions of things via weapons and the like.
The Lord-Discordant has a chainglaive rather than the axe most associated with the Mechanicus and its allegiant forces.
Master of Executions has a big ol' headsman's axe rather than the sword of the Judiciar or Emperor's Champion styled models.

Wouldn't be unbelievable that the Warpsmith that's been rumoured is Obliterator sized, with mechandrites sized to match.

I could see that. Good guess.

New primaris tank. Looks like all the crap they straped to the repulsor.
It's literally a rocket launcher with another rocket launcher attached to it.

So, whose betting this is from the same vehicle as this older Rumour Engine pic?

Are marine vehicles often painted with hazard stripes?

I'm gonna guess that rumoured astra militarum tank that sits between Leman Russ and Baneblade

What I wish it was: New Imperial Vehicle fieldable by Militarum Tempestus.

What it probably is: Another over-designed Primaris vehicle.

The hazard stripes are intriguing though, you don't normally see that in studio SM schemes... it *could* be Guard related since they use chevron patterns in the alternate studio schemes sometimes, ditto Orks (but it looks a bit too clean for Ork-tech), but I'm inclined towards Genestealer Cults because they use hazard stripes in their *primary* scheme (see Goliath Rockgrinder for example). The other alternative is that its a traitor guard vehicle in Iron Warriors livery, but again looks too clean for Chaos.

It's facing the wrong way to be a mole mortar.

I don’t think it will be Primaris, given the SM Codex is barely a year old, and I don’t think there are any Chapters waiting for a Codex?

Does it definitely look vehicle scale? Could it be a shoulder-mounted piece for the GSC saboteur or something?

Does GW put caution stripes on any studio paint schemes outside of genestealer cults? My bet based on that alone is that hazard stripes -> it's GSC

And the Primaris Techmarine, however limited it was.

I wonder if it might be for Marine Primaris Scouts (there's been some suggestion for Kill Team.

It looks like a bunch of equipment bundled up - a sniper scope, a bolter, something that could be considered Kill Team siege equipment, and the missile launcher. Maybe some KT objective marker, or specialist loadout (stuff carrier?).

That's the only sort of unit I feel like GW would paint caution stripes on a Marine launcher tbh.

Gathering the Informations.

There's been no reliable suggestion of "Primaris Scouts" for Kill Team or in general. There's been a lot of speculation about it after the Neophytes though.

It doesn't look like it's "bundled" like we've seen on some kits where the gear is stowed. It looks like whatever it is? It's functionally one single "weapon". The middle bit isn't unheard of for a sight, the right bit looks like it might be a designator of some kind, and then there's a Missile Launcher(the box) and a Rocket Pod of some sort.

I'm genuinely thinking it might be a Rapier loaded up for AA work. We haven't seen any mention of Guard Heavy Weapon Teams for the Krieg stuff and it's notable in the absence of them in both the Krieg and the Cadian repack.
