It's finally time to update this thread so that what I'm going to do. I've started a new army ín 40k, the iron warriors. I got so much inspiriation from the uber bang bang thread so i just couldn't resist. I've used my old ultramarines that i stripped and started to convert. This is my first model to the army, an Iron warrior sergant. I hope you like him

Solid work, oo and it's a asp. champ (book wise) not SGT. Looks to be a promising army. I take it you plan to do a full force?

I love it! Looking forward to see some more (especially those dreads I've heard rumors about)!

i've seen plenty good iron warrior armies, but i think you can beat them

I agree with Empchild about the chest-mark but never the less, beautiful paintjob! I would like to see some heavy konverting soon though ;-)...

It is arranged with the mark, I'm going to put up another pic tomorrow when it is finished.

Ok here comes todays update. I made a minor change on the iron warrior chest. And I also made a chaos spawn that I hope suits the Iron warriors, but it's still a wip- Hope you like it.

Hence I love it:0 I really enjoy that you took the normally silver shinny iron warriors and but a more brass tacks to them(literally ) It's is different, unique and say hey we are iron warriors of a diffrent great company. I for one am very intrigued how this whole army will play out

I have to say my favorite figure so far is probably that pint-size mutant with the big knife (the Pint-size Slasher, perhaps??). Really great quality work so far, very =I=, very unsual, bizarre stuff, which makes it all of it absolutely awesome. Keep up the great work!

Niiice!!! I love the missile launcher! Though i would remove the imperial eagles, your not playing ultramarines anymore you know :-p

The meltagunner is neat as well, love the cord on his leg!

So, finally an update.
It's my homemade obliterator, but he's still in a wip status.

Hope you guys like him.
I'm also soon finished with the two remaining iron warriors to the first squad.

Now that design I really like! I never like GW's versions of the Obliterator!

I am in complete agreement with Malika. You have done a great job on your Obliterator. Am really looking forward to seeing it, and your dread with a bit o' paint on them.

Your oblitariator is in need of a bigger base. Other than that it's a sweet conversion, but I think that it need alot more guns morphing out from it's body
