The big GK Secret box holds the truth! The Emperor and Mary had a son, and he was actually what the Holy Grail is. (None of this cup bs). Then an inquisitor found the only surviving relative of the big E, Linda Fiorentino, who was later met up with Jay and Silent Bob, but Paul Bettany showed up, and he's a member of a secret organization that makes the Inquisition look like pansies. He doesn't want anyone to know that the Big E had a baby. There were also two Renegade Space marines trying to prove that the E was actually false. And the inquisitor wanted Linda to stop them.

The secret box, contains, a secret string , na lol maybe its a memory of what the emperor wanted the Imperium to be like and it has something to do with the Grey Knights seeing it and showing to the rest of the surviving Imperium when the emperor dies so they fight harder with renewed faith or something until he comes back to save them from a, lot, of chaos.
