I don't know if this has been said,

Hayl's Vikyr's. Whether it's hayl, hail, hel's or whatever it seems a littly specific. Much like a special character's unit. It doesn't describe a generic biker attack unit.

How about something like:

R.E.E.R guard.

Rapid, Egress, Extraction and Recon guard.

You could substitute Guard for patrol or observers, costodians, aegis

R.E.E.R Costodian Vyker's
R.E.E.R observers
R.E.E.R Aegis Vyker's
