Taco bell just opened a single store in the Netherlands. It isn't close to home but I would be able to visit it if I took a detour when visiting relatives.
I really like hot peppers and beans this makes Taco's one of my favorite dishes, but I do not like most of the Dutch-Mexican restaurant taco's.
They are either too bland or cheap out on the filling of their vegetarian taco's. Would taco bell be worth the visit ?

No. If your looking for good Mexican food, keep looking. Taco Bell is crap.

Good after a three day drunk. other then that, keep walking, chief.

If I remember Taco Bell here doesn't even advertise it's food as Mexican anymore, but "mexican inspired". Probably for the best, as two of my native mexican friends working here actually were offended by their food even being remotely "mexican".

I hear that Taco Bell was the end result of a failed series of experiments by Honsou to create a Mexican restaurant in the Eye of Terror.

Needless to say it didn't work out as planned, but Nurgle really liked it and decided to unleash it as a new plague upon the rest of the galaxy.

Yeah, roach coaches are awesome in just about any city.

Of course if you eat them more than 5 meters away from the truck you soon realize just how low-quality the food usually is, buuut...

Around here there is a roach coach with a trademark-infringing Godzilla on the side. Great food. Not to be confused with the Dogzilla hot dog truck.

There's also the NWA (Ninja's With Appetite) food truck, but the last few times I had their food they took a long time to cook everything. Sworn enemies of the Samurai Burrito truck, I assume.

Five Guys?? Why do people tolerate this dreck? I've had the misfortune of 'dining' there twice. If you like generic early 60's burger joint grease mixed with modern pricing then Five Guys is for you! The only mercy is the small portions. My out-of-state friend took a picture of her meal because the tomato was the same color as the lettuce. Gak.

I find Five Guys somewhat overrated (they're decent) but even this is hyperbole, Triple-O's is my favourite I love whatever is in that sauce.

Greasy and oily best describes Taco Bell. Its the reason diarrhea is a Taco Bell meme.

Burger King, or McDonalds.

For me, Burger King for the Burger, MaccyD's for the chips.

If you actually like fries, FFS, go try the Cajun Fries at Five Guys. They're very good.

Had those - but very few outlets here in the U.K.

I used to prefer KFC's fries, then they changed them and they became the rubbish.

KFC recently had zinger fries here. They were good, but they were also for a limited time only.

I forgot to mention.
Taco Bell also has the Cinnabon Bites. Which I think anyone who had one will attest, you would kill for them if given the chance

Meh, they're good, but they aren't that good.

Anyhow, InO is just talk. It's marketing and fluff for a burger that's only marginally better than McDs.

I had to stop, but I am guessing the gist of this entire thread is hate on Taco Bell.
I would like to counter argue, as a south Texan, that TB is not the worst thing in the world.

I eat it often for lunch. The quesadilla is tasty. I also ate Afghan and Iraqi sand for 3 years, so my stomach is literally iron. I never had intestinal issues after and for an american hybrid its not bad. Variety is good, meat is greasy, its what you expect from fast food. Nothing fast food offers is the equivalent of healthy, so once you accept that, your decision point becomes easier.

Try it, get the biggest burrito you can, then make up your mind. Atleast you have done something you didn't do before.

About the only thing I find tolerable from KFC are the fries, and I find them better than McDonald's.
Then again that's because the KFC fries have multiple herbs in their seasoning rather than just salt... and also tend to be less greasy and aren't anywhere near as small.

I'd rather not touch either sort though compared to actually nice takeaway shops and burger joints like Burger Urge or all the local Fish n' Chip shops.

Doubtful. They certainly don't say they do in their ads.

Check their websites?

They are ok....a few local bars that make a better sandwich but we are talking about chain stores. I'm in my 40's so I try not to eat any of that crap food....

And if you happened to be driving a Range Rover, it was found on a Range of sorts?

Or if you cooked it on a range cooker?
