the sisters are leaks? They are not in community or face or insta..

I am left with the desire to see BB, warcry and necromunda, that there is nothing rumored and can be the real surprises.

The Sisters+Pathfinders had been on instagram apparently.

Yeah, if that list is accurate, and so far it has been, there are some good times ahead!

We definitely know GSC are coming, thanks to not subtle rumor engines. That paired with this release gives me hope

This is the big win. That rumour list was juicy, which we can now assume is entirely legit.

It was the one with Nids and Imps in Dec, not GSC and Custodes right? Damn, thats gonna be a busy month for me as a nids and imps player

Nope, that rumor list was the GSC+Custodes one.

Ahh I just saw it above. Well, building GSC at the moment, so a win anyway. Just need to get a few more SC! GSC in, before they vanish.

Ok, the leader of the group does have your standard backpack.

Interesting group.

Sisters look like they're a dual kit for a Mordheim release. Took me a bit to find the autopistols and other little gubbins that convinced me it actually was a 40k release.

Leather & corsets & wimples backed up by pauldrons and greaves is... interesting.

Well Warpsmith was also on the rumour list.

I'd suggest just going for one more, because who knows what the Combat Patrol would have...it might even be the Deathwatch Overkill sprues coming back!

The seemingly correct list of things to come had a Warpsmith on it. So it's probably that.

The sisters look like a good kill team, but will they transfer over to 40k well? They have a ton of options, and I'm not seeing a "standard" option like what the tau and DKK had.

I guess you can say the same about the orks though

Oh man, like cool new stuff but I was really hoping that rumour list would be wrong a lot more. I am so not hyped for a lot of the stuff on the list, especially for CSM.

New Possessed, Bikers, Warpsmith, some actual Chosen, and what looks like the return of LaTD. What's not to like?

New unit, so who knows?

I dunno...Pathfinders are a good pick for Kill Team, and anything that adds some more variety and interesting looks to them is ace IMO.

New Kill teams would look better, if they had helmeted or masked head options.
New Underwolds look sucky, but maybe I’m just salty I haven’t had the chance to buy Direchasm, Beastgrave and a few other warbands yet. Beastmen and Slaanesh warbands will sell separately, right? RIGHT?

Rumours said "existing city terrain".

That could mean Sector Imperialis stuff, or it could mean more of these tired old corners and lousy pipes.

Interesting that one of them has a Breacher helmet, rather than the standard Tau helmet (also cool because I have a kit-bashed Kill Team with exactly that one one of my guys.)

I also have SoB, so guess this box is going to be an auto-buy for me...

Wait a second... in the original Sisters of Battle rules for Dark Heresy they didn't give her power armour, but rather plate armour, to start with.

I imagine it was because the Black Industries writers thought that a Level 1 character with Power Armour would dominate everything.

The latter book FFG wrote restored Sisters to their rightful prominence but these minis allow for non-power armour Sisters, which could be very cool. I really do hope there are a few more gun options in that kit, and that, like the Kommandos and Kriegers, each model has two builds.

Seems to be the Sisters version of scouts, with their version of non Powered armour

If that proves to be the case, there will be real value in these sets for converters and kitbashers.

Well those are certainly an unique look for the sisters.

Yeesh, those T'au are a bit bobbinz. I guess they had to find some justification for making a new kit bespoke to this box but those vizors probably weren't the answer.

The Sisters seem interesting, much as I can't help but look at conversion potential rather than admire the actual models.

Hopefully rules can still be bought separately.

Tau must be an add-on sprue as I just assembled some Pathfinders and I see lots of familiar objects. But tactical rock and lots of heads and arms are new.

Don’t like the wimples…but will still buy the box as they are my two KT factions…

The sisters look great.

Throwing in +1 that there's something uncanny valley about the Tau. As said there's definitely copies of the Pathfinder kit (compare for example the sergeant on the regular kit to the new one on the top right). So I think its just new heads and bling. And that might be what's creating this slightly unnatural feeling to the models. Its pushing "third party head kitbash" rather than 40k for me.

Agreed, I just bought 3 SCs just in case.

Yes, its a semi-new unit for 40k, thats why you're not seeing anything that matches a codex loadout. They're sisters novitiates or something like that, the only place they appeared previously was in Shadow War: Armageddon where they had rules but no minis.

I rechecked the rumours yesterday, the GSC + Custodes rumour was actually for a battle box with existing figures and a new commander rather than a Kill Team box. I would much rather have had the kill team box.

I dislike the hoods of the sisters, the forehead ornaments in particular, but otherwise the models are nice. Also I think the colour scheme they’ve chosen is not the best, it has too many different colours making it look a tad incoherent.
