First Hekat golgoth encounter

Sergeant, an unidentified object is heading towards us at high speed!

Give me details!

Its mass is equivalent to a type 1 frame, but it is a lot faster. If it maintains its speed, we can estimate that it will make contact with our rearguard in 75 seconds.

Call them. And get me a visual!

Sergeant, its speed has increased! I´ve got radio contact with the rearguard, sir: An unidentified golgoth has collided with our flank and sliced our TacArm unit! It is plowing through our ranks and homing on us.

Wow. If it's half as cool as the image...

Best to keep the hotdogs away, methinks.

The released the art after they released the photos? Weird. Pics of that guy have been floating around for awhile, but this is the only one I could track down:

Sadly, the art looks somehow less....Vagina-dentata-y. The little head kinda does the fig in, for me.

I always thought it was a strange design to have the most vulnerable part (the head) to be full exposed AND dead center of the target.

Its the cliche from all the good sci fi movies:

"They have a weak spot, boys! Shoot 'em in the hotdog chomper!"

A little soft dirt or a scrap wood pile would stop that thing in it's tracks. It would be great for cleaning the trash from the sides of highways with all those pointy bits though...

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

Have you ever blown a wasabi pea out your nose? Well, I just did. Thanks dude. I'm going to go snort a gallon of water now.

I agree, I busted out laughing at work when I saw that.

My sinus problems are a thing of the past! And so are my sinuses!

Every time a picture of that thing pops up, I feel like everyone walks on eggshells because Rackham is awesome, and so many of us want to believe in AT-43. But really it needs to be said, so I'll volunteer...

THAT THING IS STUPID LOOKING WITH A CAPITAL asS.

Every time I look at it, that tinkly little sound they use in the cartoons when a mouse tip-toes or dances ballet runs through my head. I assume that it's never deployed in areas that aren't paved. "Assimilate, assimilate, assim... whoa hold up guys, I'm stuck in the mud again."

By the way, don't know if this has been posted, but remember the gorilla dudes? Apparently, those are the Karmans from planet "Karma" and they're allied with humanity against the Therians. No, I'm not joking.

Yep they are from Karma and called Karmans.... but nope, they are not really allied with the humans. It´s much more complicated. The Hekat by the way is levitating... hence the interesting pose.....

Ahh... So does it levitate and use the claws to move itself along, or can it move with out using the limbs? I'm hoping the latter so I can mount it on a flying stand and postion the claws in a more aggresive pose.

Thanks for the detail about the Karmans.
