Hi folks,

I've just finished my first batch of articles regarding Man O'War, and it might interest the occasional enthusiast reading this forum!

You can have a look here. Happy reading!

Hey,

Nice work. I especially liked the scenery bit.

Could you give a more detailed description of the 'water' material you used?

Thanks.

The "Water" material is just a fabric I found at a local draper's shop. Obviously, I can't spell any brand/model/serial number for it. It's just a matter of dumb luck.

This being said, there's some fabric left at this store... But it could be a bit expensive to send it to the US (I live in Switzerland, you see!)

I can just advise to broaden your search to similar draper's shop, you may find something useful too.

Hope it won't count as thread necromancy, but I've just updated the MOW section with the Empire fleet.

You can read about it here (or here in french).

I had missed the thread before but have to chime in that the fabric looks great for the water. It really suits the style of MoW. Now if they would only bring the game back!

I wish I could manage to get my hands on a copy of Man o' war...

I love the look of it and wish they would have continued to produce it.
