Urban Mammouth have posted some new pictures of some painted Jumker's Titus IV models, looking nice, http://urbanmammoth.com/

Live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about his religion. Respect others in their views and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life. Beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and of service to your people. When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.

It looks a lot better painted up. I have a few of these figs, does anyone play the game?

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

Yep, we do at our club. There's usually a 2 way or 4 way game going on every week. We will also be starting a comp next week that will run for about 6 months, so that should increase the games played. I've actually found that you get a lot of banter when playing UW, no one takes the games too seriously.

How does it play out? I know it is based off of the old Void game, is it much different?

We played it a little it seems like Necromunda but in D10, no armour saves just toughness increase for armour levels instead (except in special cases about 3 things i can think of), and some nifty ideas in the game like Overwatch isn't guaranteed to work - you go on overwatch as an action but when you want to fire you make an alertness roll, if you fail you don't shoot and lose overwatch. Quite funny in some circumstances and prevents the "my armies on overwatch" game.

Even better all the rules and army cards can be downloaded for free

We liked it, a good inexpensive diversion.

Yep. You buy a 300pt box set and away you go. In fact they do smaller box sets, I think they are 170pt ones. Basically it means you can be up and running v.quickly. The plus side is if you buy the 170pt box set and you don't like it, then you've not wasted a lot of money. Also helps with people trying out another force. Alot of the guys I game with have most of the 300pt sets.

The 1 word of warning I have is this, don't expect saves to work in the same way as 40k. If you are out in the open and you get wounded... you die, end of.  If youare in decent cover I think you get either a 7+ or 8+ save, otherwise it's usually 10 (on a d10)

Up your nose with a rubber hose.

Those would make a lovely AdMech robot maniple. I'd remove the turbines and give it a more robust power fist and away we go.

Regarding the rules, is it IgoUgo or alternating unit activation?
