I'm trying to find a few models and bitz on the US GW Online Store but am not having luck. Somehow I ended up on the Spanish store earlier today and found what I was looking for, so I have the codes to order them, but the Euro/USD conversion would kill me! I tried searching the US store for them (browsing, using the search function, and Google searching) but they're not there.

Should I try calling the Direct Order line? I've heard in passing that some bitz/minis are only available by calling but have never had to call. What's your experience with them (I don't want to have to deal with the same type of "chit-chat"/hard selling that the GW store employees put me through)?

Call them with the bits numbers. they are standard for whatever GW you call in any part of the world.

Yep. This happens. The Canadian webstore is horrible about getting timely updates in for new models.

Nah, half are older models and the other are "Specialist Games" minis not sold individually on the US store

Well I placed my order today. $112USD to the devil but this is stuff I've been putting off for a few years and figured 'what the heck? It's my bday'.

There are definitely plenty of things that are available which don't show up on the website. My Genestealer Patriarch on Throne arrived a couple of weeks back, and you won't find THAT on the website!

Which reminds me King Alrik (the Dwarf with Shield Bearers) isn't available any more in stores. I should call in to secure a copy before he disappears.
