Hope some of you can point me in the right direction.

I'm thinking of picking up a Cyclops vehicle or two on Games Day Canada next week.  I have been looking in vain for the rules on them though!  I'm not sure what slot they would take up in a normal IG army (presumably FA?) and how many you can take per choice.

In my IA volume 4, there is a Cyclops entry in the Elysian Drop Troopers list, but it is incomplete - it refers me to "IA-Volume 1, Imperial Army and Navy" for the complete special rules.  Leaving aside that they couldn't be bothered to put the complete rules for the Cyclops in the book while they took 2 pages to talk about the Hellhound (WTF?), I can't find the Cyclops in my IA-volume 1.

Also, I have rules for the Griffon including Siege Shells, but I don't know where to find the rules on the rumoured-to-be-ever-so-handy Infernus shells.

Help!

Thanks,

-S

If you have Imperial Armour Volume 1 and can't find the Cyclops rules, then you're not looking hard enough. Look at the contents page. It's right there.

If you have 'Imperial Armour 1', as in the first rulebook FW produced, not the newer hardback ones, then I have no idea.

Cyclops is on p. 151, for the "Table of Contents impaired." Infernus Shells are on 207.

What I have is 'Imperial Armour', and is only 81 pages.

I guess I need to buy yet *another* book.  Great.  Oh well, thanks for the info.

As you've figured out by now, you need FW IA 1, not GW IA 1.

I've seen them selling on E-bay at significantly reduced prices. If you're in the states, that might be the 1st place to check.

FYI- They are FA slots and can have transports. Sometimes I use 3 just to get the additional Chimeras. Otherwise, they're just rolling demo charges.

So you know, the Cyclops is in Imperial Armor 1 (288pg hard back) and the Infernus shells don't become a regular option for the Griffin until IA 3.
