Now basing more old metal Necromunda and 40K figures on new 25mm bases (as most came without bases or the bases were damaged when removing the model for cleaning).

I'm painting the Corsair... Bosun? I think. I always get the Bosun and the Captain mixed up, and I haven't got the book on hand to check.

actually slapped some paint on my last devilfish. Needs some detailing work done, but the bulk of the under base colors are done.

Today I need to give my Necrons some maintenance/repair work.

Truescale firstborn army, complete with truescale vehicles. It's going to be great

I'm done with my last 5 Scorpions, no more aspects for me! (Until I cave in and buy more from Artel W...)

In the mean time, preparing more Eldar to paint; 10 Guardians 3D printed (now primed), 2 metal War Walker, 5 Rangers, and 2 Autarch (Artel W Phoenix Lord stand-in that I'm gonna use as Autarch that match the Scorpion and Banshee).

Trying to find a few minutes to do some painting.

I finally finished basing the first of my 5 Valhallans, will upload pictures tomorrow.

Being rather lazy hobby wise having been reading books but have almost finished assembling 3 boxes worth of fyreslayers in fury&deep and 2 of their SC's.

Painting battletech mechs. About a star of clan and a lance of inner sphere and I plan on being done for a good long time.

Also drybrushed base layer on my last 10 Oathmark goblins. That will leave only about 10 stargrave models on sprues and I am waiting on the female versions before I mess with them.

I took a break from the Corsairs to paint Gandalf.

He ended up being about halfway between Gandalf the Grey and Gandalf the White. Gandalf the Eggshell, maybe?

Finished assembling this lot. Now if weather would ease a bit could get on painting.

Going to work on a Gorkamorka Shaman.

Congratulating myself for finishing a squad of Firewarriors...
Crying because I forgot the shoulder pads...

Finished all my clan mechs. Now only three more mechs and I will be finished.

Another 4 Ophydian Destroyers, a Chronomancer and a Technomancer.

4 Hive Scum, a bunch of Delaques, and probably make a start on my cross stitch.

I painted Legolas! Good old Legolamb.

Trying to clear the paint/build desk for the next project.

Have 5x Intercessors to finish to Battle Ready and a Helbrute to complete to Parade Ready.

If I finish one Intercessor today I will be happy. Glacially slow painter.

Built a new wall-mount vertical paint rack out of a breakfast tray and some wall corner guards - turned out pretty good and doing a second one for dropper bottles. Also assembling some Eldar after a lot of excitement over the new releases....

Shipped off my painted Tau army to OldHammered.

I had a really intense playtest session of my homebrew dungeon crawl this afternoon:



I made a blog post on it if anyone's curious.

Today I have to:
• See how long it takes to fully paint up a base or two of infantry for Black Powder 15mm Epic Battles.
• Then I have to do a few more iterations with additional bases & cut that paint time down to something that A) I still like, B) won't take me forever to replicate on dozens & dozens of future bases.

It's been a good while since I've had a chance to do anything but my son has just started to take a real interest in my hobby. He's taken a shine to anything Lord of the Rings and also Chaos Dwarfs. So I dug out my old LotR stuff. He's been helping assemble and base some Rohan cavalry whilst I've been rescuing a damaged mumak
