So some comments on this would be great. I usually play against my mate who is orks, and he has a mainly foot slogging army. I haven't tried this army setup yet, I am trying to keep it reasonably balanced since it was slowly just heading towards killing orks. My old setup would win fairly easy most of the time against his orks, it involved many scatter lasers. There are also some Space Marine players I know and one Tau/Chaos player.

One thing to think about is somehow working in a Shuir-cannon for the prism. This'll keep it in the fight should you suffer a weapon destroyed.

Thanks for the advice so far, I have tried my Prism with a shuriken cannon before and shirou is right about it I get tempted to move in close and then it gets unwanted attention, when really i should have it a good 48"+ inches from the enemy. As for more then one of each tank I currently don't have the models. Although my mates are pretty good about those things and would probably allow me to use them as whatever I wanted.

I was thinking that since I am mostly against orks I might swap the Fire Dragons for a squad of scorpions (they end up costing the same with the Exarch + S.Claw). Currently I just want to try snakes on a plane since I got my Falcon and Fire Dragons just the other day. I might get rid of Tank Hunters if I can find a better use for the points.

I will probably put the warlocks back in my guardian squads like you suggest by reducing my Harlequins back to 6, but I just got my shiney new space clowns so they must go into battle and claim there glory. And damn I hate having to babysit my wraithlord. If only the new model wasn't so cool with his nice shiney sword, which he will be holding even though he won't be using it, then I would probably have left him on the sidelines.

hmmm, looks good, although i would agree with the 6 harlies tactic, more than that is overkill... if you don't want them to be in the falcon, a Farseer with fortune is a valuable investment for them (drop down to six models, add farseer + fortune (70-75 points, codex not to hand)), that leave 29-34 points, i'd also go with 2 falcons OR 2 prisms, maximize what they are good at, prisms have the linking ability that you pay for in their base, use it!!! I think the guardians are fine as they are.

So, by dropping the prism, 4 harlies (troupe master included, i don't find him worth the 20 points), i would add another falcon, and a farseer with fortune and a singing spear (IMO, worth the 3 points just in case) also allows you to get some spiritseers in there, along with some spare points.

HOWEVER, i only use eldar against marines (of all sorts), a fellow eldar, and a tau army, so i may get flamed for poor advice! (*if so, please tell me where and why, always looking for advice!)
