So the Fiefdom characters come back, which is good, the Citadel Guard are repacked too, but most importantly, Beregond is back after a long time MIA:

Very good news, though I paid rather too much on eBay for Beregond and Forlong

Hope they'll release a mounted Forlong before too long; purchasing this larger, more expensive pack twice just to get a duplicate of one of the models is rather annoying. (Yes, I am aware of alternative manufacturers.) Otherwise a remarkably decent price for them.
Also a shame the new dice have, as per tradition, sold out within hours. Suppose it's preferable to a lot of leftover stock for them, but it makes you think they could make rather more money by producing a larger batch.

Thanks, I just found them on the website.
Question (I do not have my books handy): Do the Heralds of the Dead have their own stat line, or do they replace the Banner Bearer figure?

There's no separate profile in the LOTR army book, so I guess they are just meant to be used as banner bearers, but also to lead warbands as it will then be clearer which is the leader.

They've got their own profiles in Gondor at War. They're new Hero's and bascially bodyguards for the king.

Well damn. Thanks.
I just broke open the plastic wrapper on my copy and checked (not that I didn't trust you) and there they were. And now I know their stats too.

Does anyone have a picture of the recent Made to Order metal orcs? Despite my best efforts I haven't been able to find an image of the complete "squad".

Thank you very much Coenus.
Unfortunately I am missing a copy of the top far left orc and have instead been sent a duplicate version of the front far left orc.
Considering these are made to order specials, what do people think my chances are of getting them to replace the missing sculpt?

Better if you catch them before the moulds are wheeled back in to the vault.... but they probably have at least some spare sets in case of problems so fairly good (and if they don't you'll get a refund, probably for the whole lot so should be able to afford to get the missing sculpt on ebay) Edit: of course the hardest thing is going to be getting to realise what missing, and what's duplicated as they often mix that up (probably best to send a photo of the missing one and just say you've got a duplicate of one of the others because if you send a photo of both you know they'll send you another duplicate)

Well I just sent them an email explaining what happened and asking if they could sent out a replacement for the missing one. I sent them the picture Coenus provided with the missing orc circles in red. So they can't (fingers crossed) miss it.

Had an issue with a Made to Order finecast model some time ago (surprise surprise), they said the replacement could take a while as it would have to be cast up specially. Ended up being shipped within the week if I recall correctly, so not bad at all, and fixing Made to Order problems didn't seem any problem otherwise.

It's worth mentioning these recent updates from GW too:
First up, clarification/restating the policy on putting miniatures back into production, and the way in which miniatures might leave the range periodically:
https://www.warhammer-community.com/2019/11/03/journeying-into-the-west/
Out with the Old…*
Ok, so that’s not strictly true. To make sure we can best support the current action hot-spots in Middle-earth, and to make room for other returning models, we’ll occasionally remove some items from the webstore – but not before giving you plenty of warning that they’ll be on our Last Chance to Buy shortlist.**
However, it’s important to bear in mind that not all of these products will be gone for good, so even if you miss out you’ll likely see them return to the range in the future. In some cases, these items will be repackaged as thematic groups of models, such as with Gandalf the Grey and Gondor’s Ranger Captains.
More at the link.
Secondly, this weeks re-releases:
https://www.warhammer-community.com/2019/11/03/coming-soon-a-dark-uprising-returning-heroes/
Also going up for preorder tomorrow: three new packs of profile cards that will probably disappear by 10.02am tomorrow:
The Dwarves pack includes profile cards and army bonus cards for the following armies: Thorin’s Company, Army of Thror, Erebor Reclaimed, The Iron Hills & The Wanderers in the Wild.
The Good set features Army of Laketown, Survivors of Lake-town, Garrison of Dale, Rivendell, Halls of Thranduil, Radagast’s Alliance, The Misty Mountains & The White Council.
Finally, for those of a more Evil bent, your pack has cards for Azog’s Hunters, Azog’s Legion, Dark Powers of Dol Guldur, Dark Denizens of Mirkwood, Goblin-town, The Trolls & The Desolator of the North.

GW completely let me down on the profile cards last week after not fulfilling my order due to stock issue but fulfilled those of people who ordered half an hour later as stock was allocated at random. Annoyingly, I could have easily picked them up from other retailers who managed to fulfil stock but went with GW to be on the safe side. Not bothering with the cards at all now.

You really don't need them They're just glossy bits when the books, pen and paper have worked fine for years. Thinking about selling mine actually as they're a pain to store. I love that sculpt for Haleth by the by. That's one of the more impressive ones to date.

Haven't been too impressed with the likenesses or proportions for most recent sculpts, but these sure look great.
Aldor's rules seem fun too (great special rules, applied to a guy with a 5+ shoot value), but Haleth seems a bit much for somebody who's really just random recruit #548.

Well Andor hits better than average human and then has nice reroll to wound. And the funny shoot first rule. Not too shabby. Add to that might and 20 pts doesn't seem too bad.

I forgot to put above that there were several more re-releases a few weeks back, most of which were regrouped into themed bundles (and in some cases cheaper than before):
The named versions of the Ringwraiths are back, 3 packs, each of which contain 3 pairs of foot and mounted models (Angmar pack, Fallen Realms pack, and a Lost Kingdoms pack). Mix of resin and metals. There's a decent saving here.
Elladan & Elrohir in armour are repacked to be sold together at a discount (foot & mounted)
Lords of the Dunedain: Arathorn, Halbarad with a sword, & Halbarad with a Banner (the first version with the outpointed sword, not the one on made to order recently).
Lurtz & Ugluk
Haldir & Celeborn
Mauhur & Vrasku
Glorfindel & Erestor in armour
Elrond, Elrond on horseback (the resin versions from the Hobbit era), and Lindir
With those & the releases coming out tomorrow it's all a really good sign of support for the system!

House is $42USD, Watchtower & Palisades is $65USD per the so far entirely accurate leaked release list. Saruman's $40, in case anyone was wondering.
