Slowly !!! Have done nothing I am afraid to say 
Got a couple of days of this week so fingers crossed will get some work done, having what I like to call a "Dave work week" fething arse hole bosses pushing us , figure this one out we have had a very successful week got the cost below the target (profit margined is on the up) but we are not pulling our weight
We have done better than the other 2 shifts (which have managers ) with less staff and more productivity …….. But the problem is we have no shift manager as ours left in January and has not been replaced, so morning shift managers are overseeing ha ha our shift.
Get the impression some managers are worried about there jobs
