My interpretation of Matt Ward's stories before I heard about his OP nonsense:
I am referring to the dreadnought in that Necron story.
I thought it was alright once, but it just sounds like all that other traditionally grim dark awesome style written 40k stuff. Think the tone of voice that's used in the Dark Crusade cutscenes.
