These are the Lunar Auxilia, started as a 3d printing kickstarter, but are now available separately, you should look up ThatEvilOne on Myminifactory.com and you'll find the whole range as 3d printable files.
There are also a couple of physical models retailers, but I do not know them directly. If you need to, you should get in touch with Doctor Danny (thread below), I think he bought them from such a licenced seller, and did a magnificient job of painting his auxilia.

To be honest the scales were dead easy to paint with oils, with such texture it was just a matter of applying then wiping it off.

But oils are slow, so while the second keeper is drying, I prepare big guns

Yessssssssssss I love that CC keeper so much, great job. Also she's taller than I expected, and fits well on the big base - I only see her on a 60mm by herself.

Thans a lot Boss, that was a model I have wanted for a long time, painting her was a blast. And yeah, I wanted her on the same base as the others, so had to fill the space around the provided rocks with a bit of rubble, but it worked nicely in the end.

Now I know I should be finishing my titan at the moment, but I talked a friend into participating in a team tournament, and now I need to paint about 800 points of filthy xenos before mid september.

Oh dang, some great stuff in here! Those traitor guard look fantastic in particular, but so much of this is really cool. The long-legged "chaos Sisters" are a fave, as is the Moriron troops, they came out great.
