That's.... dirt... Skalk. Actual dust.

I genuinely laughed out loud at that response. I love it.

@Skalk: Glad I could bring a smile to you face. You did the same for me when you first posted.

Been playing a lot of Crusade games at the local shop. We have lots of new folks and old folks building new armies so there's a lot of bare plastic on the table (not mine of course), so not much in the way of photos for battle reports I'm afraid. Still... having fun. Getting new folks involved in the game. Also playing some 7-Days-2-Die with a group of old college friends. I'm not used to the group on-line gaming thing... pretty fun!

I really need to be painting, but I'm giving myself a break.

Yeah. Sorry. Fall is a (mundanely) busy time for me. Guess it's time to get back to the grind.

Sorry guys, been sick for nearly 2 weeks (2 different things, neither Covid). Have been asleep far more than I've been awake.

Oh no worries man, was just busting your chops. But truly, for the example I set... I have no business asking other hobby people what they are doing. hahaha

edit- oh yeah. Feel better soon.

So what you are working on next is Nurgle related . Perhaps you did a bit too much research into the arcane knowledge of the jolly papa.

Rest up, heal up and looking forward to seeing your fever dreams realized .

Thanks guys. I'm slowly getting better. There's something non-Covid but really nasty going around in these parts... have talked to several local folks who had similar symptoms and we all got taken out for a week or so. I'm better, but still not 100%. Did manage to have a nice 25th anniversary dinner with my better half last night though.

She asked if I would bring out the Halloween army this year. I'd love to, but I don't think it's in any way, shape or form legal... though I suppose I could look through one of the older chaos codexes (that hasn't been updated yet) and see if I can put something together.

I thought you ran this as a Demon army.. either way the CSM and Demon codex's haven't been updated that I know of so there is a good chance you can put something together. Now competitive to your meta is another issue.

Thanks for the good wishes everyone! I'm fine now. Just way too busy getting ready for winter, enjoying the fall & screaming around in the new (used) car to get any hobbying done. Halloween ya know.

Thanks SL, same to you and yours as well. Thing 1 is coming home for the holiday so I'm really looking forward to seeing him. Also might get to meet Thing 2's latest GF (it's a revolving door with him). LOL!

Happy Thanksgiving all!
