Over the river, through the woods

anyone like me who may have been slow on the uptake getting the news might like to see what i spent this morning researching...

i remember reading this thread when i first got on dakka--this thread being the reason i joined dakka, to be honest--and when i saw the battleship, i was agog. here was everything i wanted to be as a scratch builder. then the whole fiasco with GW (which at least had something of a happy ending)...

a link to the youtube video for "da belly busta": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbKlLfWri40

i wish i had copied Wazzoo's pictures to my HD for reference...who would have thought they would mysteriously disappear? shame on Dakka.

i got a lot of inspiration from Wazzoo's work. it was something to strive towards. (that, and a lot of wishing i had the free time and disposable income he seems to...) at least there is still the youtube posts, although with my crap bandwidth at home, i'd have to look at them at work...

still want to know what kind of swag he got...

sorry it happened, Wazzoo.

edit: tried to post pics of the codex that featured "da belly busta", but all i got was icons.
