Human heads with winter headgear... excellent! There is a lack of mountain, siberian or arctic modern soldiers bitz... with skis, parkas, fur-filled jackets, goggles, german/austrian Bergmützen, or why not french "tartes"(large berets)?

As you ask the question, why not heads with the very smart polish rogatywka? Or with the german and russian sailor's visorless cap (beskozyrka - Tellermütze)?

Unless you're doing some jungle world stuff, I wouldn't take any shirtless or wife-beater commandos.

I dig 'em, sort of Gears of War look without the xtreme beefiness of that game. Robot berets + bare arms ftw (<3).

I would say they are casts but they use a resin that has a sheen to it and doesn’t photo that well, I find most of the models actually have sharper detail than they look in the pictures.

As Lone Dirty Dog said, photo is definitely not our best and its additionally blurred by FB compression.

Dude, I hate to be the jerk here but I ordered a bunch of stuff from your store on November 11 and I haven't seen it yet.

Hate to say it, but I'm kinda in the same boat. I ordered some Impact Team heads on 11/30/27. I got an update on 12/18 that they had shipped and was awaiting tracking number. Still nothing.

2) you ordered from an international store during CHRISTMAS.

No gak it's taking a long time. First they probably had a lot of orders to process over the last month and a half or so. Second international shipping during this time of year is ridiculous. Instead of complaining on a forum on Not-Their-Website why didn't you contact them through their store?

Guys, as a hobbyists myself, I can understand Your frustration. But please understand - once the package is out of warehouse is TOTALLY out of our control. Polish Postal Office still didn't give us tracking numbers for orders shipped in middle of December. There are HUGE delays in deliveries all over the world and NOT only for packages sent by Puppets War.

Yeah, so that wasn't really a complaint I posted. More like, "I feel ya" to the post above mine. Never said anything negative about Puppetwars, just sympathizing with a fellow hobbyist on not getting my goodies. Thanks for the snarky reply though. Uh-Mazingly helpful and totally settled the issue.

@PuppetWars; I totally get that and thank you for the reply. I understand that international shipping during the holiday season is the vast majority of the issue, figured that when I placed the ordered. No ill will towards your business at all. I think you make some fine products and if anything, I'm just impatient to get them on my models. I'm sure I'll order some more stuff at some point.

And it's not the first time I've ordered from Poland, either. This is the first time it's taken two months.

And as to 'why here and not their store'?

Because now you know how long it's taken.

All forms of communications are fine, as long as we are able to see messages. Some of them are simply easier to manage.

And today a photo of upcoming new trooper, which will have an option to equip magnetised bacpack, which is just one of many possibilities of that system. Tell us how do you like it, and what other equipment you want us to prepare for those models?

Are there special weapons that work with these guys? Arm sets or just cutting and swapping out their rifle?
