I definitely will keep going yes, and apparently Boss convinced me to also do the loyalists ^^. Might take some time though, not all of them have been released as printable files. I'd like some demon primarch versions as well, this will probably have to be converted though !

The spiderlady reminds me of Diablo III for some reason, and also somewhat of both Dark souls and Sacred II (been ages since I've placed any of those games though, not really a digital-gamer anymore, so might be remembering things wrong..)
Its a really nice sculpt and the soft pink fits awesomely with the minimalistic grey base (nice texture btw!)

As for those mechanical serpentine "legs" underneath your latest share.. the texture on those things are brilliantly adding to the theme.

Very kind of you to say Leopold Helveine ! Since the spider was indeed already marked with chaos symbols, I went with a devilish/fiery color scheme that could indeed match a diablo !

Can't take the credit for the tentacle texture though, the model is a 3d print that I barely changed. I only replaced some of the upper limbs, and the horns.

I do have a question in regards to terrain. If you'd want to make a decent fortress wall, would you go with sytrodure plates gauze aswell?

For reference atleast big enough that a sentinel can stand on it.

Yeah, if the structure is balanced, no worries to put vehicles on it. The main issue is that is melts in contact with rattlecan paints, so I ended up covering them in plaster before paint (well, for texture as well)...Adding to the hardness, but also weight of the whole thing. But yeah, that is an excellent (and light) base material for buildings.
The reason I am not using it in my current build is that I want to emulate the tournament terrain we faced last year, and their walls are pretty thin. Since I am already gluing an unreasonable amount of random bits to it, and fattening the end result in the process, I chose cardboard over insulation foam this time.

unrelated edit: ahahah saw your new signature. Yeah, pretty gutted too about not starting a dreadclaw project...

The distrusting loyalist looks great, good pose and painting. The Dr. Girlfriend looks good too.

In regards to my signature... honestly i feel like the old school customize and experiment chaos that many old dogs are so fond of, is slowly ripped out and sanitised. It's just not chaos anymore, neither from a rules, representation or model perspective. Atleast with the HH ruleset you got a reason to kitbash a praetor or consul on a bike or give him a jumppack.

I should indeed give a try to HH, looks pretty dope ! Plus, I already have three primarchs...
Still, despite the loss of many engines, I'm still pretty curious about 10th...We'll see...
