Hope you will help me clarify the rules regarding that weapons when carried by power armour grey knigrhs...

I wil quote some codex paragraphs.... but I am using the spanish version and will made my own traslation.... so please correct me if some of text are not exact to the english codex....

The description of the nemesis force weapon in the daemon hunter armory (page 18) states:...."every grey knigth carries a nemesis force weapon"...

Later on... on the description of the power armour grey nigths squads (page 29) it says:.... "weapons: nemesis force weapons and storm bolter"... and then... "options: up to two figures may replace their storm bolter for a psicannon or a incinerator"....

does that mean that those grey knigts equiped with a heavy weapon still count as carrying their nemesis weapon? in that case they will obviusly loss their true grit extra atack as it only work with the storm bolters... but kepting their +2 modifier to the strength in cc is a good bonus...

curiouslly the wording is quite diferent in the description of the purgation squads (page 31) where it says... :.... "weapons: nemesis force weapons and storm bolter"... and then... "options: up to four figures may replace their weapons for a psicannon or a incinerator"....

so, if i am rigth, by RAW the same PAGK carying a psicannon count as having a nemesis force weapon if he belongs to a normal squad and as not having it if he belongs to a purgation squad.. is that rigth?... how do you people play it?.....

This would appear to be a translation issue. The English version of the Codex says 'weapons' instead of 'stormbolter' exactly a for the Purgation Squad.

But, if that's the codex you're using, and they haven't issued a Spanish version errata that clarifies it as a mistake, I'd play it as written. If you've bought a codex in your native language, you can hardly be expected to refer to a codex in a different language for rules.

well... i have double checked it and spanish erratas a faqs did not correct this... so I think i will start playing it this way....

it's not the first tranlation mismatch i discovered beetween spanish and english codices... the most recent example was the space marines whirlwind castellan misiles minefields... in the english codex they affect all enemy figures moving over them... but in the spanish one they affect all figures (both friendly and enemy) moving over them..... that's the reason you would not see spanish players playing the 3 whirlwing firing castellan misiles at objetive markers

thanks for your response insaniak...
