If I Take Inducted guard in a Witch hunters army, could I potentially get two priests in a unit by taking a set form each list?
Conversely what if I take Witch Hunters as allies to a guard army?

Also Is there any way to get an Ogryn behind a power weapon? (or Ideally an eviscerator)

Can a Grey Knight hero downgrade his armor to carapace?

If an Independent Commissar Joins a Oygren unit and the Bone head fails a leadership test does he get executed? What if there is no bone head?

Also, not a rules question, but where do I get las-pistols in high enough numbers to make a warrior weapons unit?

Thanks In advance

1. I never really though about adding a priest that way. However it is a strange situation. I would look up what you ARE allowed to take in the allies matrix in the witch hunters codex. i believe it says that you can take ONE command squad or HQ selection. A priest is NOT an HQ selection. They are an add-on to the command squand which, once full the advisors rule says that you may add him to platoon HQ's and then guard squads. It does not say that he can be taken alone then added to whoever so I would be inclined to say no.

2. There is NO way to get an ogryn behind a power weapon. Believe me ive looked and looked.

3. If the Grey knight has access to the Armory and he can buy carapace armor then I do not see why not. Although I do not know why you would want to do that unless its part of some wacky strategy.

4. Yes the bone 'ead gets executed and if there is no bone 'ead the commissars rule is that you just pick a random model and remove it instead.

5. I heard that there are some web sites, such as one that they used to promote here like wagon bits or somthing like that. You will just have to search around, or make a ton of convertions.

I really wanted to add a Priest to an Ogyrn squad.

Wacky yes, strategy not really.

I really like Ogyrns, and I have always wanted to do a "heroic" version of one. A grey knight lord could work for this as a "counts as" model.

Similar stat line, Access to the armory, IC, Fearless, true grit with a storm bolter etc. But I can't justify the 2+ armor save. (or the psyker part of that matter)

And, I think that even if I took the carapace armor, I wouldn't get a refund for the terminator armor...

What I might do is model a Massively ornate Shield on him, Give it a back story and count it as terminator armor.

No, because each unit entry specifies which units that the Priests must be attached to.

No.

Clearly answered in the FAQ, second bullet point under the 'Miscellaneous' header.

You might contemplate looking into the fantasy range.
I can't speak for the current ones, but there are PLENTY of OOP Ogre models that could work.
I have an old one that is clad in full plate mail, except for a helmet.

Convert him to be holding the right weapon and... BANG!

There's your Ogryn Hero!

ALso remember the only Ogryn that can even have carapace armor is the bone 'ead because the rest do not count as "guard infantry" as defined in the Codex imperial guard.
