Looking for opinions and ideas. This isn't aimed at being GT level competative, but hopefully enough that I don't have to pack it up when someone sets up min-maxed Marines, Nidzilla or Eldar across from me while still being diverse, fun and orky.

So the idea is to put the Warphead with the 30 strong boyz mob and roll for either waaghs or teleport. Depending on the enemy the battlewagons either deliver 20 strong boyz mobs or provide firing positions for the lootas.
Concerns: The 8 strong lootas seem like they will run away very quickly. But even up to twelve or so and they're making morale checks on pretty low numbers after not that much incoming fire. If I combine them to a single 15 strong unit I think I lose the ability to engage two targets or cover two firing lanes, plus with two units one can be completely ripped apart and I still have the other, instead of having everyone run off. Come to think of it, should I maybe even go with three units of 5, 5 and 6 if I'm going with a small squad size anyway?
Second, the dread and kan. I have the models from my first ork army circa 2000, and really want to include them. But I know they suck. But I want them. Connundrum. They seem to really add to the orkyness of the army and will hopefully provide a fire magnet from the battlewagons. What do you think?
