This is my DIY chapter who are quickly headed on the way torwards the loving inbrace of chaos. But for now at leas this year they remain loyal-ish. The list is designed to be fluffy, fun to play. but survive fairly hefty tournament enviroment. My area throws a large amount of tourneys. Toys For Tots, Exterminatus, and a ton of RTTs. I will face everything from Uber hard list like Nid zilla and mech tau to Fluffy daemon hunters and Guard. This is not designed to be a power gamer list. as I feel alot of people hate sitting down and seeing the same old same old. modeling will be done in a rough very beaten up way to show that they have been on an extended combat op without resupply that they dont take off friends(fallen comrades) or foes (EVERYBODY else).

Unless I miscounted, it looks like you have a model count of 66.

Not too shabby, for a SM list.

You're going to have a HUGE problem with armor.
Your Missile Launchers, IIRC, are S8 and you didn't take Tank Hunters...
You're going to need a 6 just to GLANCE a Land Raider with those.

Your Troop choices with LC only have a total of 3 LC's

You have a heavy weapon in every troop unit. IMO< that's a waste of points. You only have 2 "Head Hunter" squads (Which I presume are Jump packs?) and 2 HQ's which I can only presume you intend to attach to these units.

So, you're going to have 8 units blazing away with guns while 2 lone units (4 if you don't "attach" the characters) shoot off and attempt to deal with your enemies in HtH.

Well, you're going to have very little shooting until the enemy gets within 24". You'll get more, then. Once they DO get close, you'll have to choose between Armor or troops. Good luck.

It seems like it might be an interesting and fun army, but without much winning potential.

Well close but with some differences. The units with Infiltrate and Hvy bolters only stand and shoot with orks or other horde army. I think five points is fair to pay for a light support weapon and give some anti horde to the list. As far as anti armor goes im not that worried. Three las cannons 6 missle luanchers(maybe 9 if i switch the HB to ML) 6 plasma guns, and 5 power fist. And seeing how the dev squads can infiltrate for good shooting sports. I really dont fear the armor that much.the only list with armor that i fear will really slow me down is the 2-3 Monolith army Which can be a bit of a hard nut to crack. And i have played a list that was so called "designed to win" and while it was a great list i wanted to try something new and fun.
