What form of IG guys are those? They look like steel legion, but I thought those were metal.

My guess is they're just primed gray.

Be sure to use feldgrau not East German Grey actually I'm just being facetious - I've got a buddy who's doing his Cadians up in the SS camo pattern and swears they look wicked. (also less likely to cause offense than the black dress uniform with armband...) I've seen some of his Russes he had airbrushed in that triple-tone Nazi striped pattern and they look great.
