I read through the new ork dex a little while ago, and I had a question regarding Wierdboyz and Warpheads and probably Old Zogwort. In order to use psychic powers, a leadership roll needs to be made first. Can Mob Rule apply to this roll if any of the above models were in a sizable mob? I ask only because the Mob Rule rule seems to be worded to apply only to the mob as a whole, and not the individual models inside, but I may be looking at it too strictly, but I would like some clarification.

Moz:
You: "Hold on, you rammed, that's not a tank shock"
Me: "Ok so what is a ram, lets look at the rules."
Rulebook: "A ram is a special kind of tank shock"
You: "So it's a tank shock until it hits a vehicle, and then it's a ram, not a tank shock, and then it goes back to being a tank shock later!"
Me: "Yeah it doesn't really say any of that in here, how about we just play by what's written in here?"

Yes the "mob rule" does apply to warpheads and wierdboyz, but a stat cannot go above 10 (page 12 BGB).
