Here’s the list I had planned to take to the ‘Ard Boyz tournament. Instead, I spent the Saturday of Round 1 in a wedding party.

Dead Men Walkin’ (a lot of my marines are converted to be taking wounds and casualties)
Space Marines w/ Traits - Honor your wargear (Devs as Elites), Suffer not the work of heretics (Devs and Tac squads can be tank hunter) Eye to Eye (1 land Speeder), Have Pride in your colors (no infiltrators)


HQ:

157 – Librarian Epistolary w/ Fear, Fury, Termie Armor, Tank Hunters
222 – Terminator command squad w/ 2 assault cannons, vet w/ combi-plasma, Tank Hunters
30 – Drop Pod

133 – Chapter Master w/ Twin Lightning Claws, Termie Armor, Furious Charge

Its a good solid list (something I have in the process of building) But it is not, by any means, a take all comers list. I however can be molded into one by making a few light changes. Frist Drop the 5th Las/Plas Squad you will realize after a few games having to many small squads will cause some small deployment issues. This frees up 133 points, Drop tank hunters from all the Tac Squads (not needed at all) this will free up 72 points. You now have 205 points left to spend on getting some better equipment and better squads

First lets make those dev squads 8 man each 2 with 4 missiles and 1 with 4 heavy bolters. This will cost 148 points to do and now we have 57 points remaining. I would upgrade one of the whirlwinds to a Predator Anihilator with Heavy Bolter Sponsoons. UIpgrade it with Extra Armor and either smoke or a search light. This should cost around 57 points (assuming 15 points for the heavy bolters).

The other thing that got my attention is your 2 command squads. You have tank hunter on the squad that will most likely be in combat and Furious Charge on the unit that appears to be a static deployment (due to the Masters' Leadership abilities). I would consider swaping the two or even give both tank hunter. But if a unit is going to be shooting (and mostlikely getting charged) it should have tank hunter and not Furious Charge
