Ok so in prep for the big ass apoc battle (72000 points) I was looking to create a mega super CC command squad. I was under the impression that terminator honors granted models access to the space marine armory. I was told otherwise, and was just looking for some opinions on the matter

It gives an additional close combat attack. It also allows seargents to have access to the armory.

If you're looking to give the whole squad TH, everyone will get an extra cc attack, but only the sgt and ICs can use the armory.
