I have to say I'm not really keen on the archmage on dragon idea. He's terribly vulnerable (even with the 5+ ws), he can't fight and has only bs4 (for the magic bow). I think you should leave the dragonriding & magic bows to normal heroes. Archmage on foot or on elves steed would work much better. Also some good arcane/enchanted items for boosting spellcasting wouldn't hurt (instead of the bows). If you're running couple of mages, banner of sorcery would help alot. Also, 4 bolters is too much. You could definetly use couple of eagles in place of 2 rbts at least. BSB is also (almost) mandatory nowadays if you're using this much infantry.
