Its a decent list but I would not trade a Warboss on a bike for anything. The only other small issue I see with the list is that your stormboyz squad is way to small. Get them to be atleast 16 ork strong and you will have better luck with them.

Drop the nobz and mega boss in the battlewagon, there is nothing that will keep them safe like a horde of surrounding trucks. because when that huuuuuge point sink gets popped and a nob or two dies, they are stranded without cover...

SM- Lets roll to see who goes first
Nob- Urgh...ok, I got a 6
SM- Oops, looks like I got an 8, so I go first
Nob- You got a 8 on a 6 sided die?
SM- Um, yep.
Nob- Space marines.....

here's my take, which really isn't terribly original or different from what you'll find in any of the ork discussion threads:

mega anything is too expensive for what it does. the transport helps some, but with only one it'll just die.

tank bustas have a major issue with the glory rule. to make them work you need to baby sit them with a vehicle that can selectively limit their line of sight.

shootas are gonna be better than sluggas on footsloggers because they can do damage earlier and more often. and rokkits are generally better than big shootas for the versatility.

i don't really see the point of 'ard boyz since you can only give one squad the upgrade. they'll just attract all the ap4 stuff, which is usually plentiful. if you could go all 'ard boyz it could be good, like extended carapace in stealer shock.

gretchen squads are just useless, seriously.

you'll need more than 10 stormboyz if you want the squad to do anything. orks die in droves to shooting and that unit isn't even starting with enough models to be fearless.

buggies without rokkits don't really have a role. infantry killing is not what you need help from support units for.

bikers have the same problem as small units of stormboyz except that they can't be bulked up to fix it. i'd drop em for more stormies.

flash gits are just too expensive, particularly when compared to the vastly superior lootas.

- 9 Nobz, With 1 Painboss, Cybork Bodyz 2 w/ T-L Shootas' 2 w/7 Shoota/Rokkit Kombi-Weapon, Waaaagh Banner, 'Eavy Armour (dont want them killed too soon)
-15 Tankbustas, 1 w/tankhamma' 2 bombsquigs... (try to get 'Em within range of Tanks and Stay there))

Troops:
-1 Deff Dread (got'a love the troop choice
-27 Sluggas 2 Big Shoots w/Nob, PowerKlaw
-10 Sluggas 1 rikkit Luncha w/Nob, PowerKlaw
(Trukk Transport) w/ Rokkit Launcha',
-20 Sluggas 2 Big Shoots w/Nob, PowerKlaw
-20 'Ard Boyz 2 Big Shootas w/Nob, PowerKlaw
10 Grechin, runtherd. they look cool, and they did Kill 2 SM Bikes last game

Fast:
10 stormboyz (still thinking of Droping the Bikes for more Stormboys)
3 Warbuggiez w/T-L Big shootas. (there to get shot up, last game they took out a 10 man Squad of Marines, in 2 Turns
5 Warbikerz (same role as Buggyiez w/o the Kill

Heavy:
Deffdread w/ 1 Big shoota, 1 Rokkit Launcha
*Battlewagon Transport for the 'Ard Boys* (Kannon, 4 Big Shootas, deffRolla, armourplates, riggerz)
3 Killa' Kanz w, Rokkit Launchas'



Foot Notes:
As for the Shootas, yes they are better then before, But with a S3 Attacks, they need all the attackes as they can get, as you said, they Die in Droves, I guess its a Dbl. sided Blade. because you get allot of shots off too with Shootas.
not to mention i have to Break off all the Sluggas
