Here is the specific example, you put POTMS on a whirlwind as well as a pintle mounted storm bolter. Whirlwind moves 6" and fires Storm Bolter, can it use POTMS to fire its whirlwind missle launcher?
Drano doesn't exactly scream "toy" to me.

Happypants, you wouldnt want Machine Spirit on a Whirlwind anyway.
This is relevant if you take a Helios or the occassional upgraded Vindie.
