Specialists can pick extra equipment, though the way this is worded is a bit iffy.

I like the sound of all of this.

(Don’t worry – you can only cast it once a turn!)

Does this mean the entire killteam can only cast smite once per turn?

Any more info on the specialists taking extra equipment thing?

Blood Angels, Custodes, Tzeentch, Alpha Legion, Astra Militarum, Deathwatch, Thousand Sons, Imperial Knights, Tau, Genestealer Cult.

I have a problem.

Being contrary for the sake of being contrary doesn't make you unique, it makes you annoying.

Darn, park a Taurox Prime with Gatling Cannon middle field and look for the dollar signs was gonna be my strategy.

I saw that on the BoLS Killzone unboxing, if you're on the Ferratonic Incinerator there's a special tactic that lets you shove another person off it.

Seriously FFS :(

Oh well sometime never then. (yes I know they have said 2019 - maybe perhaps but one pic so far and nothing else)

devs, mainly light infantry are still in the works right now.

They should get on with Guard variants - its not hard - two min job adding in a swathe of equipment for varied Regiments.

Exactly how hard is it to have options for two close combat weapons, camo cloaks and carapace armour. Sheesh

They don't want to drive you into the arms of Wargame Exclusive and Raging Heroes... which is why they're bothering to even make them in the first place.

This. I have so many left and right handed weapons, really would of loved to of rocked double chainswords on a crazy little man.

Historically, anything with a 2+ save or more than two wounds iirc is not included in Kill Team. Tyrannids seem to get a hall pass for that second requirement with the Lictor and Warriors so maybe the first one will be broken as well in time.

Yes. Both Grey Knights and Thousand Sons can only cast a single instance per turn.

If you can keep your head, while all about you are losing their's, then you have probably completely misunderstood the situation!

I could see Terminator armor being a leader or specialist exclusive upgrade for a fair amount of points.

Maybe have it soak up wounds rather than modify the save? I dunno.

Happy to hear at least that units will get added in over time. Really wanted jump packs and Ogryn. Maybe there's still hope in the near future!

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

That is a cool idea. Maybe have Terminator ignore the first X flesh wounds.

Haha, the NPC thing sounds fun. I was thinking about creating some sort of The Thing scenario where a team member becomes a Chaos Spawn. Or recreating Lord of the Night with a Raptor Lord slaying endless Cultist NPCs.

Is anyone able to make out the Scions rules? Theirs are the fuzziest I've seen, can't quite make out how many gunners they can take.

Blood Angels, Custodes, Tzeentch, Alpha Legion, Astra Militarum, Deathwatch, Thousand Sons, Imperial Knights, Tau, Genestealer Cult.

1 Gunner w/ Flamer

1 Guardsmen w/ Vox

3x Special Gunners w/ Flamers

1 Tempestor, P Fist and Plasma Pistol

3x Tempestus Gunners w/ Flamers

It's low models, especially for AM, but thats a hilarious amount of Flamers.

Blood Angels, Custodes, Tzeentch, Alpha Legion, Astra Militarum, Deathwatch, Thousand Sons, Imperial Knights, Tau, Genestealer Cult.

DLC down the line or open play scenario of kill the woof lord, if I had to guess.

Edit: To explain:

It has been said further up that chapter rules would be added further down the line, as well as new units.

In open play you can do whatever you want, and it looks like there's no difference between Kill Team and 8th ed profiles, so importing targets for such missions should be easy.

Probably counts as - They have said if your faction is not there - just use another.

So its probably a guardsman or a Lictor or something.....

They were able to make Terminators work in SWA. No reason they couldn't get them to work here. I'm also kind of surprised Commissars aren't available.

Terminators for all Marine factions in the future would be nice, as would allowing cultists to be taken by Death Guard. They get a lot of wargear options, but are woefully limited in troop types. I can't exactly see Poxwalkers being anything aside from meatshields.

They didn’t make terminators work in SWA, they made you burn campaign victory points to use OP and unbalanced characters for one battle. Further SWA was never meant to be an ongoing game so it didn’t matter how broken some of that stuff was.
