First of all, you should not use a 1501 point list in a 1500 point game. The point value for the game is the upper limit.

Second, you somehow managed to miscalculate the point costs for the following units: autarch, striking scorpions, dire avengers, swooping hawks, and war walker.

Third, this list will get blown out of the water. One major problem is that the fragile, close range Eldar troops without transports will take casualties before reaching the enemy, and in all likelihood many of them will fail their morale tests and run off the board. Other problems include the fact that the autarch may kill himself with his warp jump generator and the wave serpents lack the necessary upgrades to make them and the troops they carry semi-survivable (vectored engines and spirit stones).

Alright, yeah you were right, I went back and corrected them. Although I couldnt find anythign wrong with the SH. Also, me and my group of players tend to ignore Morale rules, as they lessen the fun of the game for us.

Ok, I changed it up a bit I feel this is a bit more of a Mobile force. It's a bit more shooty too I feel.

Why did you give the Scorpion Exarch both a Claw and a Biting Blade? The Biting Blade is a two-handed weapon, so you'll lose the +1 attack for two weapons.

Now that you mention it, you're right, I'm gonna take that off now.

The shining spears absolutely must have the withdraw power (hit and run). They're only effective in the first round of combat, so the ability to pull out of combat and assault again increases their potency enormously. Compare: when assaulting, a shining spear has two attacks made with a S6 power weapon; otherwise he makes one attack at S3, without a power weapon. If you join the autarch to this squad, he will inherit the withdraw ability, thereby allowing him to make better use of his laser lance as well. It's a useful skill for the warp spiders, too, but not quite as crucial.

IMO morale tests are what help even out different armies.

Also what armies do your friends play? Sometimes harlies can be more effective then a group of scorpions.

Alright, I'll try and throw Withdraw in there. And my direct group of players will be Tau, Space Marines, Dark Eldar, and maybe Tyranids, but I doubt the'Nids will be played against very often. And yes, it is much more fun without the Morale rules.

Ok, so I added a Fusion Gun and Withdraw to the SS squad. Sure, it's a bit over, but meh.

I'd knock the Scatter Lazers on the Wave Serpent down to Suriken Cannons. Since it's hauling Fire Dragons, who themselves only have a 12" range, I would assume it's going to be nearer to the enemy forces so the extra range isn't as needed. You end up paying 150% more in cost, for only 33% more in firepower.

Hmm, so 8 Strength 6 Shots wouldn't be better then 6 Strength 6 shots?

Eight? With a twin-linked scatter laser and a shuriken cannon, you get seven S6 shots, four of which can reroll to-hit dice. With a twin-linked shuriken cannon and an additional shuriken cannon, you get six S6 shots, three of which can reroll to-hit dice. So upgrading from a twin-linked shuriken cannon to a twin-linked scatter laser nets you one additional shot that can reroll to-hit, and an additional 12 inch range on the four scatter laser shots. What Aduro is suggesting is that you should be within the 24 inch range of the shuriken cannons anyway if you're delivering a fire dragon squad, so the only practical advantage of the scatter laser is the one extra shot. This may not be worth the 15 extra points.

I'm an idiot. I forgot it was Twin Linked and not two seperate ones. My apologies sir, you are correct.
