But I must know...

when the rules talk about 'twin weapons' (twin heavy bolters, twin lascannon), does that means that you can fire twice/with two weapons?

and what about the bolters of the land raider cruzader? you have 6 or 12 shoots? and 4 or 8 assault cannon shoots?

The rules don't talk about "twin heavy bolters".

They talk about "Twin-Linked" weapons. Twin-Linked weapons are defined in the rulebook; the way they work is an abstraction of the concept of two weapons. Instead of getting double the number of shots, it counts as one weapon which gets to re-roll any missed shots.

The Hurricane Bolters on the Land Raider Crusader have their own rules, which are perfectly clear.

but I still have doubts for the cruzader... and the rules in spanish are not so clear (I don't have the rules in english, sorry)...

in the spanish version of the rules, they just say that the hurricane bolters are 3 pairs in each side, so, if my math are still good, means 12 bolters, so, 12 shoots as well... and the same happens with the TWO assault cannons...

around here, we have a big discussion on that, because half of the players believes that maths are right, and the other half believes that 'pair' and 'two' means 'one' in both cases...

The Space Marine codex says that "[e]ach hurricane bolter consists of three twin-linked bolters." Since the land raider has two hurricane bolters, that's six twin-linked bolters. You get to fire 6 shots at 24" or 12 shots at 12", and you may reroll any failed to-hit dice. You do NOT get 12 shots at 24" or 24 shots at 12".

The assault cannon is also twin-linked, so you get 4 shots, and you may reroll any failed to-hit dice. You do NOT get 8 shots.

Just remember that you are not allowed to re-roll a re-roll. You must always take the second dice.
