i own the 1500 point german greindear box deal. but i wish to turn it into a panzer greindear force.

i dont want to take the car or trucks, i wish to have them mounted in half tacks (is it possible to keep them mid war??)

it would be nice to boost it up to 1850 at the same time, but what to pick up??


also, i have heard that the light morters are not that good?? drop them in favor for something elseware??

Yes, basically you just need to add two Halftracks to the HQ, and four Halftracks to each Combat Platoon. Check the army lists in Ostfront for details.

Not an issue, as the light mortars are not an option in the Panzergrenadier HQ, and both lists use regular medium mortars in their Mortar Platoons.
