I have updated the list to try and make it more Mobile and also more Shooty, any suggestions on how to improve it further?
and make it an all comers force?

In general, I think it looks pretty solid, although the 2 sets of 6x Vets seem out of place what with your 3 Elite slots already taken up with 3x 10 Vets. Unless I'm missing something in your list, that's just flat illegal.

Here's some quibbles, though:
- What's the reason for the Honorifica on the JO? You might just consider making your HSO a JO w/ Honorifica.
- While your Assaulty Vet Squads are for close-in work with their Meltas, the points for the power weapon on the Sgt can probably be better spent elsewhere
- Not sure the Vet Squads need to be 10 strong - 5-6 is probably better
- You've already got a good number of HBs with your Fire Support Squad and PHQs, but you seem pretty low on Lascannons. I'd be tempted to change out the HBs in Squad #4 of both platoons.
- If you've got a Hull-Mounted HB on the Demolisher, you're probably better off going HBs in the sponsons. If you want Plasma in the sponsons, you should probably go Lascannon in the hull.
- Heavy stubbers may or may not be worth the points.

Those things being said, if you've got fluff reasons or modeling reasons for why you've got the list as it is, I'd say go for it - it's not a bad list at all. I'm just suggesting a little polish to what you've got.

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack

I have update Squad 4 replacing Hb with LC, i have also remove HB on Demolisher and replaced it with LC, as regards the 6 vets and Transport, my error this has been ammended.

The aim of the army is to counter assault using Chimera, bind amd block using Hellhound which will hopefully provide LOS for the RR and then Drop the Shooty Elites for Support along with the sentinels.

The Tanks wil provide pie plate and then Armour support.

The rest of the army shoots.

I am trying to create a list that can deal with mech Eldar, dropping units and Horde Zilla/Steeler Shock units?

Would you suggest Sentinels in Command Squad with LC or AC. &/or should i Change the fast attack Sentinel from HF & HK Missile to either LC/AC?? also Would you advise i change the Shooty Elite from LC Squad to AC Squad?

Let me list a few ideas and see what you think!!

1. I could remove both the Sentinels and replace it with an Extra Hellhound since having 2 of them gives me a better chance against glancing hits and these are far better against Steelers etc and have got a good reputation against Eldar units? ---Recommended or Not?

2. I could change the multilasers on one of the chimeras to twin-linked heavy bolters. Same range, same number of shots, twice the chance of hitting, 2 better AP, and only 1 less strength as the Multi laser!! (this will only work against nids or tau. Against space marines, the multilasers are more effective, but the other unit will still have one!). ---- Recommended or Not?

3. I could add Missile Launchers in to the Army (but where?) Since missile launchers can fire either krak or frag missiles. Their target priority depending on army selections. If its a flyrant or carnifex only have a 3+ save, targetting them with krak missiles. If not (or the flyrant and carnifex are dead) then i could use the frag missiles on spinegaunts or hormagaunts.---------Recommended or Not? also how many would i need and where in the list structure?
