Looks like a WAAC list, very evil, I would have serious doubts if I would choose to play you..

Yeah, it's evil enough. You need something fast to cast unseen lurker on though. I suggest not spending too much money on this pile, though, as you'll have couple of games and then people won't play against it (not that it's necessary broken vs everybody, just too rock-paper-scissors).

it looks solid. a typical HE gunline army. i assume its for a non-comp tournament army. it should hold up well to the other top tier armies.
the only thing i would do is swap a unit of Sword masters for the same # of white lions. same cost 1 less attack but you can charge through woods, and there will be woods if there are wood elf players.
a little boring to play as you wont move fro 5 turns and your games will come down to how well you are rolling dice that day.

It's only a mildly effective list. So many things will be able to get to teclis and so much of the rest of your army is fragile.
Magic, chariot, and bretonnians will be tough to beat.
