The renegade rule says you must roll the unit's Ld the first time they are forced to take a Ld test. This Ld is the Ld of the squad for the duration of the game.
When you look at the renegade's stats under Ld it is 4+d6
The Veteran is also at 4+d6.

My question is, would the Veteran roll for his own Ld individually from the squad?

EDIT:
One more question
Disciples of Xaphan (veteran squads)from the renegade guard list get infiltrate. If a normal Enforcer (comissar) (not independant) joins them, can they still infiltrate or do they lose the squad ability since he is joined.

The USR asterix says it only applies to independant characters. This question is strangley similar to the mutant / AC question of before but this time, it is the squad's USR, not the joining non-ic's USR.

Bump.

Anyone? Ok, forget the infiltration question. How would you rule the Ld?

You would, indeed, roll each one separately.
I have seen, personally, a squad with a Ld of 10, but the Sgt has a 5.
Weird stuff happens like that all the time in that list, due to the random nature of the die roll.

My buddy once rolled an army where every unit had a Ld that was superior to his command squad.

So much for Vox Casters.
