Howdy folks,
I am sure it has been done and I have always been to one to not reinvent the wheel. I am hunting some home grown rules or what ever to govern a race between 40K vehicles. I would also appreciate some pictures of past races, vehicles, and especially the tracks.

Please help me out here.

Thanks

Gregson

The only "racing" game I know of is GorkaMorka and it is not so much a racing game as a scirmish combat game in light vehicles.

You can download the gorkamorka rules from the specialist games page linked from GW's main page, you have to search for it but its there.

Another problem is that gorkamorka only deals with ork vehicles, I do however like the gretchin landsailer

In short GW rulings are void!

There was something in a white dwarf many years ago (I think it was a bit after the release of the 3rd edition eldar codex) that had rules for a speeder race. They were trying to create something with the feel of the speeder battle from Return of the Jedi. You zoomed though tunnel like templates of trees. Whenever you left a template behind, you moved it back up to the front of the "track". It had some weird movement rules (you had to move a some minimum distance every turn + a random number rolled or something like that).

Threads should be like skirts: long enough to cover what's important but short enough to keep it interesting.
