Where are you getting a Super Heavy detachment?
I like that you're using an entire battle company, but you're going to get raped by Aircraft unless you at least take some hunters.
Build for 3k... it's standard tournament size and plays in a reasonable amount of time.
My recommendation; drop the Super heavies (they don't exist in the marine list... so unless you're just playing 'friendly' games...), and the warlord titan (they don't win you games). Drop one of your tactical formations and take an additional Devastator formation. You also want to lose the Land Raiders as transports for your termies as the most powerful ability (teleport) is lost if you use these. If you want to fit them in then take them as a seperate formation.
This will cut your list down to 2225, giving you 775 points to finish it to the standard game size.
Assault Marines and Devastators work best delivered together in a thunderhawk. This will also give you some AA defense as these guys are nigh-invincible in the air and can chase down enemy aircraft after you've dropped off the Devastators and Assault Marines to assault. Remember War Engine flyers can carry multiple formations at the same time!
This leaves you with 375pts to upgrade your remaining units. Add a hunter to each of the Tactical formations and to the Whirwind formation to keep them from getting poached by aircraft. This will put you at 150pts remaining. Use that to take scouts so you can lock down a couple formations with their Infiltrate and Scout abilities. It will also allow you to garrison at least 1 objective.
There's my 0.02. I play a lot of epic with my Marines. trust me, these changes will help a lot!
