Will new codex deamons get without number if any grey knights are on the other side? Combined with rumored deep strike and assault from deep strike it could be very sick. Alot of lists sprinkle GK termies as allies....

You probably have it right, but it's just speculation.

However, if the chaos marine codex is anything to go by, neither the greater or lesser daemons had armor saves, only invulnerables. So psycannon heavy GK's might do Ok. Again, just speculation at this point though.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

Tough call. Thing is GK really DO get lots of advantages against demons.

I mean tough call from a RAI perspective, rather than RAW. I'm not venturing anything for the RAW question, I don't have my book handy.

Yea Greys do have alot of advantages vs deamons. However most lists that use Greys just sprinkle a few in, mostly for the Inq lord an assasin, and the termies with a pair of min maxed storm troopers.

The small number of GK's and maybe one or two psycannons will not make up for without number for my whole deamon army.

A pure GK list however....

as far a I rememmber, and I may be wrong, the actual without number rule against grey knigth state that the "re-created" units do not deep strike... they came from their table edge... so ... or you will only have to worry about fast daemons....

As the special rules for GK vs daemons are defined in the GK rules and not in the daemon rules then as long as the GK rules are in effect so will any rules that affect their opponents defined in the same place.

In time I am sure GK's will get new rules and when that happens they will be the rules but you can not pick and choose rules.

In short GW rulings are void!
