I love the current metal Runtherd model, but as he was made for Gorkamorka with it's 2nd edition-sized Orks, he looks a little weedy by today's standards.
So, this was a quick conversion to create something similar to the metal model from the current plastics.
Of course, as the new codex gives Runtherds a Squighound as standard, I had to sculpt one up, just to see if I could...

I think a weedy Runtherd wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. It would explain how he got that job, being too small to pick on other orcs, so he takes it out on the grots.
The squig reminds me of Q-bert. That's a good thing.
