Boring as Spam on Rye. Set up a box or two depending on Enemy deployment, with Command Squad at the forefront.
Is there a counter to this 'Dullfest'.

Don't have my Codex with me, but, my recollection is that there may be two issues.

First, aren't Las Cannons more expensive in the Devastator squads than in the Tac Squads? I think they are, and you should switch the ML with the Lascannons.

Second, you have no anti-psychic ability. I think you might need a librarian.

I have never faced Web Way Portal Dark Eldar, but from other posts it appears that they have huge marine killing capability. Chaos is probably not viable as a tournament list, but I would not want to face Chaos Thousand Sons with this list with their AP4 Bolters....

How does this fare against armies with blast templates?

My marines have had trouble dealing with Mech Tau. First, their Railguns outrange you, and second, they have infantry which can move, fire and move again, similar to Eldar. If there is terrain for them to use, you don't have an antidote.

?No plasma guns in the squads? I have trouble killing anything with my Bolters-for all the hype about them being the Marines signature weapon.

replace the dev lascannons with ML's and the tac squad ML's with lascannons for starters. drop the ML's in the command squad and pick up some plasma for them. and make the marine squads smaller if they are only getting a heavy weapon, and give them some special weapons, like plasma...can't go wrong with plasma.
