Ok so id id some work and rebuilt my entire portal up 10 blocks from lava level to about 39-40

and... its still setting me on fire trying to leave...

yay.. smell of toasted helo continues lol

I freaking hate the end. Being harassed to get shulker shells for a friend to make chests... anyone have any to spare? figure this is a long shot, but maybe one of the people that have half a dozen elytras have spares? Managed to gather 8 shulker shells so far, three in one attempt and five in another, only for some random enderman who I hadn't even looked at to get pissed and knock me off a bridge both times.

So is frost walker a rare enchantment? I moved a couple villagers over to my house from the city to get emeralds from and noticed one of the librarians has it. Never heard of it before but after googling it it sounds pretty fun.

Also does anyone have some tips on a good place on the server to find some parrots?

First walker is villager, and loot only,

Handy though. And there's a area at spawn for them.

Master of Ordinance has a nether link to some jungle so where they found.

The shulker shell request is rescinded, we finally had a successful sortie.

Would anyone have a spare wait music disc to trade? I thought I had them all but turns out I was missing just that one.

Hrm. IDK? I only see one link labeled Master of Ordinance, but it doesn't lead to a jungle.

I'm not sure, you'll have to ask them. The link leads to. His home. I'm not sure what axis jungle on. It might be south.. I Don, t know.

The link is on the South rail tunnel, behind the stairs in the Nether hub. Its the right most track and be careful, its not fully enclosed atmo.

I just want to say thanks to Helo for spotting the trap horse and to rng for spawning it in water! All 4 horses are no ashore, I put 2 of them in your stables Helo and took the other 2 myself, if thats okay.

They landed just shy of the sea wall, it would of been a tiny bit easier if they landed on top though!

In order to preserve as much of that mushroom biome as possible, we're building our base around the portal in the nether, and only a small shelter/storage building in the biome itself. I'll widen the tunnel as well, and make it fancy, once I've smelted enough netherbrick.

That's a intresting looking spot.

Ans if anyone intrested I've managed to design out a quick to built, fair sized town hall that can serve as a spawn HQ if a secondery for 1.14 is required.

Its on paper now. Or could be added to spawn but we do, t quite need 8 rooms, 4 sub rooms and a large hall area that's about 30 blocks long at existing unless there's a bunch of functions we missing!

Its all on paper, I can get it made up more nicely if the plans help anyone. There's even a 3D sketch up model i could drop box potentially I used to help plan it out.

I also have a simple module cottage design that make great cheap homes.

Okay, I think I have it a major glitch, and I might have to request something spawned in.
I had two Skeleton horses and they wandered through my Nether Portal. I pushed the first one back through and then rode the second one into my portal and jumped off. When I got through they where not there and neither was my saddle. I have dug out behind the portal and there is nothing, not even my saddle.
There is no trace of my skeleton horses or my saddle on either side. I would not normally request a spawn in of lost items, but it took months for a trap horse to spawn and even then it was pure chance that Helo spotted it before it despawned. Please, if they have as it seems just vanished, could I have a replacement pair spawned in in my stables?

If you don't manage to get some replacement skeleton horses you can just take the two next to the stone shop at spawn. Had them for over a year and have barely used them. Just maybe don't send them both through the portal at once, in case something goes wrong again.

maybe you should stick to over land transport to get them to Ulm.
I had that issue once, well a side issue, did yoiu trip[ple check they had room to spawn on other side?

Yep, I triple checked both sides and dug out the area surrounding the portal, nada. I dont mind losing the saddle, I can get another, its those horses, they are so rare and almost never spawn.

BB code share for a plan i had for server. Its a town hall or spawn building, I do have a block by block plan but i need to scan and also edit it as mistakes.

The building is aprox 23 blocks wide at "nave", 38 long, Total width with the pillers and stairs down center 9 blocks

Each of the side rooms, 4 per floor is 8 by 8, and the ante rooms slightly smaller which link 2 per side, per floor. total 8 , 8 by 8 rooms, 4 smaller ante rooms.

the wings are about 10 by 25-30 blocks in size

The roof will likely be glass with walls rising to divide off rooms, one constant glass room down the center, 2 divided ones by the walls on the wings.
This allows for tons of light, open and should feel nice and big inside.

Its a fairly large town hall that should be able to house a small pair of farms and two store rooms on ground floor, 1 to 2 rooms for beds, a room for potions and another room for maybe furnaces and other uses.
The central hall area has large windows, stairs and balcony down each side, and doors to ante rooms and side rooms,

I'm not sure which is more likely or needed though. It's ideal as a basic spawn logistics, it holds most basics anyway, beds, food, potions and some storage.

Looks pretty good,maybe the pillar in the middle of the window at the south end could be knocked out to turn that wall into the portal for the area then like put a new wall at the back of that. Or even just put it against that window really. Then the side rooms could have a roof of glass or whatever else matches with the rest of the materials, but the central room could even just be left open as an atrium.

I was thinking glass on sides with large gables dividing up as normal for building.

Makes rooms seem taller and allows for more light.

Hmm open atrium could be cool, we would be walling spawn in with a defensive wall and such enclosing it. Maybe grow some trees and flowers in centre of the area.

Yeah. Oh yeah I forgot a nether portal. I was going to put it below ground but a opening out onto the atrium of spawn two is nice.

Layer two of thr front and one wing is up in basic stonework. Already used up some 2800 stone just without internals and gables lol.

I did. But it's also part prototype to iron out of the problems, part if dark was feeling particularly kind to us and blessed up with his glorious powers, well could be copy and pasted to thr new location.

I'm not on the Nether network but I'm easily viable if you look out from the old verdainportal just before blood Rose.

My experiment site is behind the keep, tallest building on island.

Building. Behind the tower. It's older as I'm now quote abit more forward.

Drop out of my Portal Ralphy, go down the stairs to the bottom and take the doorway in the corner, go down the stairs until you come to a rail line. Hit the button, jump in a cart and youll be there in minutes.

It exits at my subway stop. Head to your right and then up the staircase with rail track for ore carts to surface.

Go out the door you see. Turn right through the keep and it's just behind it.
