Subject: Zombies Everywhere, what to do?

I am still somewhat new to Fantasy rules and tactics, please help with the following scenario!
Player A has a block of Empire Spearmen, 5x5.
Player B has a Vampire Lord, 5 inches behind the Spearmen, facing their REAR.
Player B is currently in his magic phase, and through some nasty magic, manages to raise four units of zombies, each one at least 5 models wide (lets say they're all 5x2 for argument's sake) and places them around each of the four sides of the Spearmen, one inch away. It looks something like this (sorry, had to use periods instead of spaces, otherwise the text image would post without the spaces):
.....................................
.....ZZZZZ......................"Z" = Zombie
.....ZZZZZ......................"S" = Spearman
.....<---.........................."V" = Vampire Lord
ZZ.SSSSS.ZZ.................
ZZ.SSSSS.ZZ.................
ZZ.SSSSS.ZZ.........V......
ZZ.SSSSS.ZZ.................
ZZ.SSSSS.ZZ.................
.....<---..........................
.....ZZZZZ......................
.....ZZZZZ......................
.....................................
It is now player A's turn. Can player A:
-Reform his Spearmen to about face towards the Vampire Lord?
-Move his Spearmen anywhere at all (other than charging)?
-Charge a unit behind and to the right/left of the zombie unit it is facing, that it can see through some tricky angling?
-If the Zombies were instead units of the same exact size and position but cause TERROR, from which unit does the Spearmen take it's terror test?
Thanks in advance for your answers! <3

The unit is only able to charge a unit that it can see, and that unit must be the first one it comes in contact with. The unit can do a 180 degree turn at the cost of 50% of its movement this will have it now facing the Vampire.
If the units all cause terror the unit of spear men would only need to take a single terror test. There are no specific rules to cover which unit causes terror first. In this situation I would take the test and if it fails roll a d6 to select which unit it will run from (If there is one with a higher US then run from that one).

The unit can ...
- Charge the zombies in front of it
- Turn in place to face any of the surrounding zombie blocks, at the cost of 1/4 movement, but not move any further
So clearly I agree with Negativemonkey. I'm with him on the terror test as well, take one test and if failed dice off for which unit (all with equal US) to run from.
