By the foot of the Andes

From extremely over-the-top praise to straight-out bribe offers...

And to think I spent all those years and monies on therapy, counselling, self-improvement books, hypnosis and acupuncture sessions to improve my self esteem, when all that was needed was to get a judge's seat...

Seriously now, Judge's score-cards are coming in, and final results are just around the corner.

Stay around for further updates!

I have heard that Buenos Aires does have the highest per capita concentration of psychiatrists in the world.

There are some beautiful entries here. My eyes are very happy

@Red: It might as well be, absolutely awesome city to be a tourist at, but I wouldn't go back to actually live in it! Too big, too crazy!

1.000 kilometres away now (over 620 miles, for some of you!), on the other side of the map, and happy about it (I still miss the great rivers every now and then though, but that mountains are a sight to behold!)

No more chatter now, adding up scores ATM!

The LoER Terrain Comp: R 9 Elementary - Results

No more teasing and playing with everybody's nerves.

Before getting into the matter, though, let me thank you all again for making this happen, it has been great to share such a modelling journey.

And all my gratitude to Ruglud, inmygravenimage and OneManNoodles (in a special appearance) for helping with the difficult task of judging your works

Without further introductions, then:

1st. Place - Camkierhi - Hotel Kalif-Orknia

Sheer awesomeness, a staggering amount of master touches and amazing details.

2st. Place - mad_eddy_13 - To the trenches

Inspiring work, an enviable addition to any gaming table!

3st. Place - M0rdain - Smelted Iron

Creative use of recycled material and great weathering

A really close call, among these and those following up on the list, true amazing work was put on display here!

Again thank you all, and please do keep on making this such a great and enjoyable Community!

And Camkierhi, the ball goes back to you, and the next stage is all in your hands now!

Cheers to all, and see around the forums!

Cam, you will go down in the history of the league's competition winners as the only one winning for q second time! Congrats to you and thanks to all fellow competitors and of course to the judges and especially to Little Tower. Again, this has been a great round, and I'm proud to have finished my entry in time.

Now I am eager to know what cam can come up with...

Vik: Not to gainsay you, and much less to lessen Cam's great merit, but there´s been a previous two-time winner.

Over time, Meade has won Contest #3 "Fightin' Pit!" and Contest #5 "Vehicles!"

Reprising The Compiled LoER Competitions (Theme, link, and host) for ease of reference for the future generations of hobbyists and modellers:

Contest #3 "Fightin' Pit!" (MrMerlin)
Contest #4 "For the title of Master Shrubber" (Meade)
Contest #5 "Vehicles!" (Bruticus)
Contest #6 "We're Not Worthy!" (dMeade)
Contest #7 "Fire at Will" ( hk1x1)

Fantastic entries - far better than mine would have been had I even been able to complete it

However, I hope to actually finish an entry for one of these contests one day...

I'm a bit late, but wow, what a contest! Great entries all around, but Cam, that is a well-deserved orgy of color, texture, detail, and humor.
