Small update - managed to finally buy the Living Dead Peasants box - I am so happy

The Kickstarter funded… which unlocks the basic infantry guys and the crossbowmen…

Next goal is the arquebusiers then the goat riders.

I’m a bit checked out on it right now. Hopefully I get back into it before the end. I’m only backing for £1 or €1 whatever currency it’s in.., no stretch goals and the stuff I really want being at the end of the list… I may use the money here for the new AoS set instead…

The Pledge manager opened today. And they are allowing late backers.

Despite what was said earlier, they are allowing backers to upgrade their pledges and the arquebusiers and ram riders are available to everyone.

I think I am just gonna let them keep my 1 euro donation... I went to upgrade and dont really have the $300 for this right now to upgrade, Plus I dont really have the room right now for a new army.

I like their stuff, but Wargames Atlantic and Osprey have really hit some kits out of the park lately including dwarves. The ram riders are great looking pieces, but the other manufacturers are just so much easier to get ahold of around me.

Sadly that is my thinking too. The Conquistadors and the Conq cavalry goes with what i am currently interested in more than the dwarves do.

With the other fireforge models, and their historical (The men at arm sergents) how do you use those halberds on them? snip off the spears at the hands and glue them in place?

The test shots for Dwarf Infantry (the bodies for warriors and hammerers) and for Dwarf Shooters (the bodies for Arquebusiers and Crossbowmen).

I do not like the shields but otherwise cool. Other shields can easily be used I suppose.

If these were 20 infantry or 12 cavalry for €20 it would seem like a better deal.

I agree. Its the same prices as theier northmen range... I love the northmen, but the prices mean that I havent picked up any more since the kickstarter. I would like another box of cav at some point...
