Nah, they clearly should be riding peasants who bang coconut shells together so they sound like horse hooves.

On the T’au side, the snazzy upgraded Pathfinders can be used as a normal unit in your T’au army. Their kit won’t remain ornamental for long, though – brand new options for Pathfinders will be arriving in an upcoming codex. In fact, Fire Caste commanders among you will be excited to discover that it’s one of the first new codexes coming in 2022.
There's a codex announcement ahead of Saturday. Also confirms the big rumour dump.

Did we ever get an official Bret team? I don't recall one, but I'm not claiming a perfect knowledge of the back catalogue here
Bret teams were never ( GW) official; just for the Cyanide video game version in BB2. The roster was written by a guy in the BB Community and then adopted by the NAF for their tournaments etc. Khorne was also made for BB1 video game but GW are now making their own version with a different roster (albeit a similar concept; less deamons but still lots of Frenzy). The GW Imperial Noble Team is basically a direct ( GW official) replacement for that Bretonnian Team as far as it stands; their rules are pretty similar with a few tweaks.
One of the SG designers has gone on record as saying he doesn't like something about Brets playing Blood Bowl as a concept and that they could just be covered by the original Human roster but we've since had blatant mention of them (along with Tilea and Estalia) in the newer version of the Deathzone book and there may be different guys in charge of BB in this edition so maybe they're exploring the idea now.

Where can that big rumor list be found?
I was aware there was one for 40k (not that I remember where to find it) but didn't know fantasy was included.

It wasn’t included in the rumour dump that’s been proven correct so far, as that was posted on Bolter and Chainsword and there’s no fantasy talk there. Any AoS rumours are a different thing.

Werent the squats rumors part of the other rumor dump that is now more or less confirmed to be bs?
Are you sure about that, seems to recall that they.were.all.from the same source
No, two sets of rumors came out at the same time, one was 40k only, the other was a bit more far-reaching. Some people took both and cobined them into one big dump and circulated them together, but the only parts of it that have been demonstrated to be correct were the set of rumors that came from the 40k only source.

Here’s a copy of the AoS rumours they are from 4chan so they are questionable but they haven’t been proven or disproven yet mainly as there have been so many delays. A lot could be guess work based on things mentioned so far.
http://natfka.blogspot.com/2021/06/rumors-battletome-release-order-3-new.html?m=1
There were rumours going around last week that Warcry Red Harvest would have 3 Varanguard on foot as the opposition but GWs post on Monday debunked that fairly quickly. That rumour also mentioned Blades of Khorne as the next book and Nighthaunt in early 2022. But given part of it is already been disproven then it’s not looking like a solid rumour.

Someone else can probably explain it better, but "Malice" is another Chaos deity that isn't part of the main pantheon. Supposed to be anarchy unbound or the like.
"11" is their sacred number apparently and their symbol is a black+white skull.
Here's what Lexicanum has:
Malice is an outcast Chaos God, representing anarchy incarnate. Other known names include The Renegade God, The Outcast, Hierarch of Anarchy and Terror, and The Lost. His symbol is a black and white skull.
Malice represents the Warp's Chaotic tendencies, and is notable for his hatred of the major Gods of Chaos: Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh. Followers of Malice are prone to acts of anarchy, waging war upon not only the servants of the Imperium but also those of the other Gods of Chaos.
Unlike the primary Chaos Gods, Malice can be summoned directly to the Materium provided enough mortal sacrifices are given and he is given a body to Daemonically possess.
Followers of Malice unleash their wrath upon any they encounter, be they of the Imperium, Xenos, or fellow followers of Chaos. Captives are routinely ritually sacrificed.
Malice is the current incarnation of "Malal", an anti-Chaos Chaos God that GW was in a dispute about with its creators who worked for them at the time.

A very old, almost entirely retconned Chaos God. And by "very old" i don't mean he's thousands of years old, i mean he first appeared in what, the 80s?

So, this is a composite of the different ruinous powers as represented in the Emperor's Tarot.
Four of them(the Big Four) are shown in the 9E core rulebook on pages 38-39. The remaining two are these:
The one marked with the "11" is the one that I, personally, am thinking is meant to represent "Malice". With Belakor becoming a Big Name now in both 40k and AoS, there's an opening for a power that is 100% behind him and his "I do what I want!" attitude.

The same guy mentioned that the GK side of the GK vs TS box was all new models, which was obviously wrong. It’s on the bottom right of one of the screenshots in the link.

Yea. But that was part of aos rumour. The aos rumour quoted that box. So the source claims aos rumour and puts up unreleased 40k comparison. The guy comes up with fake 40k info to support accurate aos leak? Not likely.

RazorEdge wrote:Wasn't there a Chaos Mortal Champion in early AoS Fluff wo is said that he isn't the Champion of any of the fouer Chaos Gods?
Actually that's quite common. One of the core parts of the stories behind the new Warcry Warbands is that many of them don't worship any of the Four core Chaos gods. They each have their own god(s). It symbolises that whilst Chaos is rife, its also not united. Now in reality each of those different gods is most typically a Greater Demon of one of the Four mascaraing as a different god or demi god. Which also means that your tribe could be praying to a Lord of Change only to get into a war and come out the other end worshipping a Greater Unclean one but not actually change their "god". It's stuff in the background - behind the scenes.
So there very much could be lords and champions claiming that they aren't blessed by any of the four great powers. They might well be telling the truth as whilst there are Five major Chaos Gods*, they are simple demons who are the most powerful within the warp; there are many others who are just weaker and not as powerful. Who might only have one mortal champion or who can only influence things on a smaller scale.

Maybe? I mean I'd probably get them to have some actual Bretonnian models of any variety. I doubt GW would see that as a worthwhile release though. More likely that they'd get their own team rules, especially as that fluff piece suggests that only Knights, not Peasants are allowed to play the game so the Imperial Nobles roster wouldn't really reflect that well. I'd be happy to see them done with their own unique ruleset.
